Technical tasks for Kronos Workforce Central hosted customers. The Consultant is responsible for creating solutions for different US based clients to meet their requirements with Kronos products in their environment. The requirements could be creating different kind of output files using Work Force Integration Manager (WIM) , creating reports using Crystal/ SSRS, creating workflows using Process Manager, upgrading from lower version of WFC to a higher version, creating work rules, creating pay rules etc. The Consultant should have in depth knowledge of the HR/Payroll database and some knowledge of related tools which will assist in creating these customized solutions.The candidate should have in strong knowledge of Kronos product Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Integration Manager, HR/ Payroll, Scheduling, Absence Management, Leave, Reports.The successful candidate will utilize the defined processes to meet the targeted completion dates. He/She will work remotely to implement and support the Kronos solution, and will work closely with the Kronos Project Managers to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers toward completing system implementations/ configurations.Other responsibilities will include the following customer related tasks: Using Professional Services concepts, Provide solution for Interfaces, Understanding the requirements from the client, Preparing the design document, Coding, testing and deploying the interfaces Configuration of solutions on different Kronos products. User Acceptance Testing Support Deploy and Release to production environment
