Job Description

    Machine Learning Engineer at SSE.- Need a Software Development Engineer who has worked on Machine Learning (ML) based production systems.- Candidate has ML development engineering experience of 4 to 6 years and also has in addition:- ML end to end work, including taking ML models to production via backend API wrappers for micro-services- Good experience in Python based production topics.- Building ML pipelines and environments for local, staging, and Production.- ML model management and Feature store via AWS S3, Cache, DB store, etc.- ML Production environment optimisation and observability- Serving Layer: Build APIs and Integrate ML Pipelines using pyspark, flask,fastapi, sqs, bbpipelines, docker, kubernetes, kubeflow.- Setting up Stage/Test env using EMR resource management, aerospike, sql- Training: Model Training Pipeline, Model Management & Hostingusing ML FLow- Data Science: Data Drift/ Concept Drift- Model Expainability via Shap, Lime- ML EngineeringMetrics (CTR, Uplift etc.) Monitoring and Reporting, Infra/Api Monitoring- Experimentation: A/B Test Framework, Experiment Tracking Tooling, Model Versioning and Quick Deployment - usage of ML Flow, Sagemaker- Data and Feature Versioning Control via Naptune, DVC,
