Job Description

    Job Title: Area Sales Manager Home LoansLocation: Delhi NCRExperience: Minimum 2 years in Home Loan Sales (Mandatory)Age Limit: Up to 44 yearsJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager Home Loans to lead and expand our home loan business across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in home loan sales, proven team handling experience, and the ability to drive business growth through channel development and customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities
    • Drive home loan sales and achieve assigned business targets.
    • Recruit, lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Build and maintain relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), builders, connectors, and channel partners.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management.
    • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Minimum 3years of experience in Home Loan Sales (Mandatory).
    • Experience in team handling is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge of the home loan market, mortgage products, and sales processes.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to achieve business targets in a competitive environment.
    • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
