    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships. Required sales manager having 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing. School acquisition -Reaching out to prospective schools through various lead sources like references, channel etc., building a pipeline and signing them up. will Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management. sales Manager is liable for the all performance of the team and achive the liability for which they are liable. Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing Advertising services to increase the market share of promising designs.Desired Candidate Profile Should have background of Edtech sales to private school or Government tender bidding and relationship. Should have GEM and other government tender process Experience in Sales- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership - Proven sales experience in CRM software. A high energy job which requires an individual to spend 100% of the time in the field. Ability to work independently , to work effectively across functional lines , to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously , to make consequential decisions that brings projects , investigations , and other activities to closure. Candidate should have excellent communication skills. Hands-on problem solving aptitude, with ability to conceptualize the right solutions for complex and diverse business needs.Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. .
