Job Description

    Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Location: Noida Experience: 6 YearsJob Summary:We seek an experienced Assistant Manager - HR to handle talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires expertise in HR best practices, particularly in the events & exhibitions industry.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
    • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.
    • Oversee payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
    Requirements:6 years of HR experience, preferably in events/exhibitions. Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office. MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
