The overall job responsibilities includes but is not limited to Stakeholder management, Incident management, Project deliveries for new features and enhancements, database management, data mining, running queries and extensive reports and dashboards creation for managementWhat will you be doing Sales force Administration and Incident management End-to-end administration of Salesforce instance including Data maintenance and Incident management Ability to think out of the box, to be able to understand user queries and deliver beyond expectations by proactively providing solutions. Working closely with the Sales management team & designing Lightning reports & dashboards Maintain overall Salesforce system configuration and data maintenance Perform org customization of force.com fields, page layouts and custom tabs, objects and Lightning app etc. Responsible for Barclays Salesforce CRM database management, data mining, merging, running queries, publishing dashboards for senior management. Provide basic change control management and assist with maintaining reporting structures Debug and troubleshoot issues in production Advise, co-ordinate and assist in the development of interfaces to other internal business teams Assist with new employee training Answer Salesforce related queries by researching and interpreting information Well versed with all aspects of Salesforce - Sales cloud, Service Cloud & Einstein AnalyticsBusiness Liaison / Stakeholder Management Act as a Centre of excellence for users providing expert help and guidance on a wide range of complex and difficult subjects. Liaison with external vendors and 3rd parties for effective management of licensees and report management. Investigate and resolve the more complex problems, issues and queries. Liaise with the UK head office team, users, suppliers and other experts, as appropriate. Provide users with data analysis that Salesforce can provide. Provide presentations and a MI output at various forums.Quality Management Ensure that the highest quality and accuracy standards are achieved in all the deliverables and that it matches the stakeholder s expectations Drive for future quality improvements Share knowledge and best practice standards in an effort to continuously improve content deliveryCommunication and Reporting Participate in conference calls and video conferences to provide feedback and updates on progress and results Provide regular reports to Leadership summarizing team activities and statistics on driving business successWhat we re looking for:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) Ability to translate written instructions into action items Aptitude to work in a variable business environment, periodically requiring tight deadlines and aggressive turn-around times Strong business acumen Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, in particular commercial or investment banking, is preferable Prior experience in Salesforce.com technologies Salesforce Certified Administrator Stake holder management skillsSkills that will help you in the role:Sales Cloud Certification Service Cloud Certification Einstein Analytics Certification Project management skillsWhere will you be working NoidaBe More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more as a professional, and as a person.
