Qualification - B.Tech / MBA from Premier Institute Job Description Prepare resourcing marketing objectives, strategies and plans. Manage end to end process from lead generation to conversion, while aiming to achieve a steady growth in conversion rates. Explore new channels of lead generation for supply sourcing and create detailed plans for execution of the same Leading market research for strategizing supply planning activities. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing research data. Implement marketing campaigns for supply planning and acquisition. Coordinate supply chain of promotional/ marketing materials by planning requirements with internal teams and business needs. Plan and organize promotional presentations and events. Plan meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establish contacts; develop schedules and assignments; coordinate mailing lists. Coordinate agency management, recommend vendor selection and monitor on- ground task execution. Develop & roll out performance monitoring modules to ensure adherence with company processes and service quality standards by vendors. Refine current processes of lead conversion and monitor the performance of tele- recruitment team. Analyze research and pilot campaign data for strategizing and scaling up of marketing campaigns. Monitor and manage supply marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual spends with plans and forecasts. Accomplish organizational supply goals by accepting ownership for new and different supply requirements; exploring opportunities to expand new and add value to existing supply channels.
