Job Description

Job Role

  1. Conduct Technical Training for Mahindra Products
  2. Policy & Product requirements to be kept in focus as main pivotal factors during the training delivery & deploying suitable Training Content, methods & Aids accordingly.
  3. Training Delivery as per the Role requirement for Dealership personnel
    1. Auto Basics : Automobile systems
    2. How things work : Knowledge of features & functions, what it can do & what it cannot do
    3. Troubleshootng : understaand customer complaint and its linkage to a feature, mental diagnosis as to what could be wrong/reason
    4. Diagnosis : Ability to interlink different controllers & its impact on other system parameters
    5. Repair : Mechnaical Repair Skills, search for documents, follow repair manuals/SOPs, use correct tool
    6. The Training Content should be suitable to different types of Training Delivery viz. Class Room Training, E-Learning, Webinar, Self-Learning, etc. The data or resource for the material needs to be gathered from different specific sources & should be represented as per the requirements mentioned above
4. Experience : 3-5 years5. Industry Preferred : Automobile6. Qualification : BE (Mech / Auto)7. Competencies : Self Motivated, Team work, resourcefull, Creative Good verbal and nonverbal communication skills8. General Requirements : Good knowledge of Powerpoint & MS Office, handling visual formats of training content. Should be aware of all new Training mediums (elearning, remote learning, LMS, self learning, etc.)9. Functional Competencies: Good Knowledge of Automobile & Automobile Systems. Pedagogy - 1. Deliver Theoretical Training be able to create and sustain participant s interest in learning | Simplify Complex Terminologies 2. Deliver Practical Training be able to demonstrate Aggregate Overhaul, Measurement Tools and its usage | Electrical Fault Finding and Diagnostics,
