Job Description

    Position Overview: The AVP of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy for Billion Broadcaster. This role will involve managing a high-performance sales team, building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and spearheading the development and execution of innovative sales plans. The AVP of Sales will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the market share across multiple regions, while working closely with other senior executives to align sales goals with broader organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Strategy & Leadership:
      • Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across various broadcasting verticals.
      • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives.
      • Oversee the design and execution of sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    2. Client Relationship Management:
      • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including media partners, broadcasters, advertisers, and sponsors.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
      • Work with the marketing team to align messaging and branding efforts to target new and existing clients.
    3. Market Research & Business Development:
      • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
      • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive growth in line with company goals.
      • Spearhead negotiations and deal closure with key stakeholders to secure new business and expand existing relationships.

      • Analyze sales data to track performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions where needed.
    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sales efforts align with broader company initiatives and customer expectations.
      • Provide feedback to product teams on market needs and trends, ensuring the companys offerings remain competitive and relevant.
    Qualifications:13 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the broadcasting, media, OOH,DOOH.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership capacity.
    • Strong knowledge of sales management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
    • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
