Job Description

    Requirement:
    • You must have a bike.
    Training Period:
    • Training period duration (2 weeks).
    • Training period salary(Rs 380 per day).
    • The duration may be extended based on performance and company requirements.
    • Successful completion of training may lead to permanent employment and good commission.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Identify customer needs and present appropriate product/service solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
    • Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in cold sales/door to door sale.
    • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
    • Strong ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
    • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
