Job Description

Job Posting Title Associate ArchitectSummary The Technical Architect is a technical leader on a small agile IT team supporting and providing technical guidance to complete objectives. The Architect takes ownership of the IT environment based on a deep technical and hands on experience across IT infrastructure domains. The candidate for this role must provide outstanding customer service, possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, exhibit excellent business communication skills and demonstrate a desire to tackle complex problems. The Technical Architect assures success and provides continuity by owning initiatives from concept through execution and maintenance.What youll do

  • An effective sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Extensive experience in developing strategic systems architecture plans.
  • Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis.
  • Strong understanding of information processing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • Proven project planning and management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and delegate project related work.
  • Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
  • Knowledge on different technologies: The scope of technologies includes but is not limited to Networking, System Management, Cloud (Azure, AWS), Nutanix, AHV, VMWare, Citrix, Load Balancers, Storage, Backup, IT Security.
Knowledge of Enterprise Applications such as O365, Active Directory, Identity Management, Enterprise Monitoring, Web Application and Middleware Servers.
  • Comprehension of Technical Architecture methodology.
  • Must be customer service oriented and have exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Should be comfortable in working in Shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
