Job Title / Proposed Level : Oracle Apps HRMS Payroll Technical Consulting Analyst / Shift Timings : UK Shifts Educational Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA Experience : 4 -7 years Primary Skills : Strong Communication, Oracle Apps HRMS Technical Secondary Skills : Oracle Apps Financial Technical, Oracle Apps HRMS Responsibilities : At least 3 7 years experience of Oracle Applications in HRMS. Must have development & customization experience in RICE Components. Must have strong experience in Workflow, Alerts, Unix Shell scripts, PL /SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports. Should have good techno /functional knowledge of the HRMS Payroll modules Must have experience in R12 implementation Must be open to work in UK Shifts Desired Profile: We are looking for people with a desire for Innovation with good communication skills Willingness to learn continuously with a drive to exceed expectations Motivated individual with good inter personal skills and one who practices company philosophy of simplicity, creativity, independence, respect and openness. 6. Oracle Apps Functional Consulting Engineer Experience: 1 -4 years At Least 1 year of experience in Oracle Apps Functional Financial Modules Previous experience of Oracle interfaces or APIs Previous experience of Data -loading software Strong, professional communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Analytical thinker Ability to follow detailed information to a high accuracy, with strong concentration Load of data via Data loader, Interfaces, Templates and Manual input Reporting and communication throughout to resolve data issues pre -go -live Initial support and configuration query resolution.,
