Hands on with E-commerce regulations, analysing new business models, provide legal advice, legal metrology regulations, label claims. 3. Solution driven approach, commercial bent of mind while framing legal advice. 4. Well versed with Intellectual Property laws - especially trademark and patents applications, opposition, prosecutions. 5.
