Job Description

Associate, KYC/AML

  • In this role, you will be responsible for performing list screening Operation level 1 support.
  • Customer type covered PEP (Politically Exposed Person), RCA (Relative Closed Associates), & SIP (Special Interest Person)
  • AML investigatory experience, Analytical and Project management skills preferred. Person should be on client facing and building positive relationship.
  • Identify confirmed PEP/SIP/RCA & send it to probable confirmed match queue. As an AML subject matter authority, provide detail report/notes on appropriate remediation action for true hit cases
  • Ability to conduct detailed investigation to identify matched alerts against Negative Media and other Bank data sources to capture required information
  • Good knowledge of Tools like Bridger XG, Lexis Nexis, Credit Browser, TSYS and Dow Jones and world check
  • Maintaining Quality Accuracy SLAs and meeting the daily efficiency targets as outlined by the partners.
  • Regular communication with onshore counterpart via e-mail, instant messenger and telephonic calls
  • All deliverables to be met at 100% SLA (both quality and timeliness)- SLA Governance
  • Ensure 100% compliance and deadlines
QualificationsMinimum qualifications
  • B.Com / Finance Graduate/ MBA

  • Good in AML knowledge/concepts with analytical bend of mind
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills
