Join us! Associate/Sr. Associate (E-Comm): (HCR 5022)THE PRIMARY RESOPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

  • Performing various patent searches (for example, patentability, Freedom to Operate, patent validity/invalidity assessment, state of art, etc.)
  • Conducting searches in patent and non-patent database
  • Timely delivery of projects to respective supervisors in a format that meets project objectives and customer s expectations
  • Adhering to internal and external project time schedule
  • Documenting and sharing the project files in an organized manner
  • Adherence to organizational policies
COMPETENCIES:
  • Strong technical skills for comprehending complex technology concepts and critical skills for evaluating technology features in Electronics, Telecommunication and Multimedia
  • Prior knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) fundamentals and/or Patent laws
  • Superior writing and oral communication skills with the ability to translate scientific concepts into language easily understood by the non-scientist
  • Well-developed interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and other tools that may be required for day-to-day work
  • Capable of working on individual projects as well as in a team environment
  • Self-starter, meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience of 3GPP standards
  • Prior experience of Derwent Innovation is preferred
QUALIFICATION:
  • B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Telecommunication
EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 4 years
