As a part of our Mobile practice, you would be involved in building business critical consumer facing and enterprise mobile applications on Android platform.
Responsibilities:
Create architecture and technical design for mobile solutions using design patterns and common solutions
Work with cross- functional team including designers, information architects, backend developers to create optimum integration solutions
Write scalable and maintainable code solutions for complex engineering challenges
Understand and follow standards, guidelines, and best practices adopted in the project
Appreciate Develop high quality Front- End/UI patterns for mobile devices
Keep abreast of technological trends and advances in web / mobile technologies
Must Have:
6- 8 years of experience with strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME)
Excellent knowledge of Android SDK
Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system
Excellent working knowledge of Eclipse
Strong understanding of mobile UI guidelines and best practices
Experience of developing and distributing applications via enterprise channels or public app stores
Excellent knowledge of working with dynamic data (e.g., JSON, XML, AMF) through various interface types (e.g., REST, SOAP)
Good to have:
Experience integrating analytics and tracking solutions (e.g., Omniture, Google Analytics) a plus
Experience integrating with CMS technologies (e.g., CQ5, Interwoven, CloudMine, Parse) a plus
Experience with PhoneGap, Titanium, Xamarin, Kony or any other cross platform framework or mobile technology will be a big plus
Good communication, presentation, and persuasion skills (both verbal written).
Highly motivated and collaborative team player with an ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
