Job Description

We are looking for candidatesonly from Facility ManagementcompaniesJob SummaryThe Marketing Manager /Executive will be the responsible for BD . The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company. He will manage client accounts and come up with new sales leads. This includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Data base Management of new client .
  • Finding and following new sales leads , calling to perspective clients.
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
  • Attending networking events
  • Negotiating sales contracts
  • Preparing sales contracts as per company guidelines
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
  • Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Market research on industry trends in FMS.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Bachelors degree and MBA.
  • Three to five years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, facility, or related field
