Job Description

    The role requires the ability to engage with the Client directly and to work in a team with a greater level of independence and ownership. Should be able to work on L2/L3 support having good analytical and diagnostic and RCA abilityThe other details e.g. Technical, Process, etc. are given below. Technical Skills Unix Good knowledge on Unix OS and its commands along with scripting skillsLinux knowledge of Linux commands.SQL- Good knowledge of SQL and Database concepts. Putty, Toad.Basic networking concepts. Protocols FTP, sFTP, TCP/IP, etc is desirableCandidates having working Knowledge of Axway B2Bi products will get preference. However, working experience on any B2Bi product in the EDI solution area like see burger etc can also be considered. Prior experience in working on EDI, Supply chain domain is desirable.Prior experience in handling production applications patching and upgrade experience is a must. Soft Skills/Others Strong communication and client interfacing skills.Should be able to coordinate with Multiple Onshore and Offshore teams during day-to-day activities and maintenance.Willing to work in 24X7 shifts (Can be APAC, U.K, U.S Shift) and open to working in night shift on a rotation basis.Quick learner with an ability to acquire new skills in short time scalesFlexible to work with and a good team player. Process [Must Have] Application/Production Support in 24X7 model.Application patching and upgrade experience.Monitoring service interruption alerts and troubleshooting them as per SLA.Addressing live issues and resolving them within pre-defined SLAs with improved productivity and quality.Familiarization with ITIL concepts and experience in the use of service management tools like ServiceNow, etc.,
