If you would like some flexibility, then please discuss this with the hiring manager.The purpose of the Barclaycard Risk Oversight team is to drive and be responsible for: Support in the development, drive and implementation of a strong and robust control and oversight framework for the German portfolio. Understanding of ERMF, Group Policies & Standards, 3LoD and supporting of developing and managing local standards applicable to the German portfolio Support of Managing Assurance activities (i.e. Internal and External Audits, Conformance Reviews, Compliance Reviews) and timely closure of issues and actions. The work can involve Acquisition Strategy, ECM Strategy (Existing Customer Management) and HRAM Strategy (High-Risk Account Management).What will you be doing Providing best in class analytics, transforming high level requests into focussed and specific analysis Responsible for monthly BAU reporting and control activity Working effectively with peers and management team to achieve shared business objectives Presenting and communicating results to Senior Management and driving stakeholder discussions Identifying new opportunities for enhancing/streamlining services Formulating opportunities into proposals, sharing with the manager and implementing Providing hands-on support to the team to ensure that appropriate action is taken to mitigate credit risk Facilitating the creation of ORAC Issues Facilitating the creation of Dispensation, Waivers, and Breaches (DWBs)What we re looking for: Bachelor s Degree Good product knowledge across financial products Comprehensive knowledge and effective use of analytical tools including SQL and SAS.
