ROLE DESCRIPTION- Acquisition of SME profile clients. Originate NTB through direct sourcing, focus turnover range of- Deliver month on month targets on SME- (working Capital- TL, WCDL, Machine loan, etc,)Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee, Income and Portfolio Health, well aware about the local market & good knowledge of working capital products.- Relationship Management on boarded Clients & Focus to increase the book size and profitability of the portfolio.- Ensuring that the Utilization in the portfolio is above the prescribed norm.- Manage Connector Engagements and have a good connect with them & Trade associations.- Closely work with Credit team for loan appraisal and effective risk management.- Client/account management throughout the tenure of relationship.
