Job Description

    Job Profile: Barista TrainerKey Responsibilities:Barista Duties:
    • Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty teas.
    • Ensure the coffee bar and equipment are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Interact with customers, providing a high-quality experience, offering recommendations, and answering menu-related questions.
    • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to maintain availability of essential items.
    Training Responsibilities:
    • Design and deliver training programs for new baristas, focusing on beverage preparation, equipment handling, and customer service excellence.
    • Conduct ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance the teams knowledge and skills.
    • Evaluate trainees performance and offer constructive feedback to foster improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and cleanliness practices.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role is essential.
    • In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • A genuine passion for coffee and tea, with a desire to educate others.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
    • Prior experience in training or mentoring is a plus.
    • Female candidates only.
    Required Experience:
    • Experience with coffee brewing equipment and its maintenance.
    • Experience in leading a team and demonstrating effective teamwork.
