    2. Employer Engagement & Platform Utilization

    • Ensure aseamless employer experiencethrough proactive engagement and support.
    3. Platform Development & Growth
    • Work withproduct and tech teamsto enhance platform features and user experience.
    • Implementinnovative solutionsforjob matching, analytics, and engagement.
    • Track and optimizekey performance metricsto drive platform adoption.
    4. Stakeholder & Project Management
    • Serve as thekey liaison for skilling partners, government bodies, and industry associations.
    • Leadcross-functional teamsto execute the project roadmap and achieve milestones.
    • Overseereporting, impact assessment, and continuous improvement efforts.
    We are looking for a visionary leader with:
    • 10-15 years of experienceinproject management, business development, or skilling & employment initiatives.
