We are looking for experienced Bench Recruiters to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the quick and efficient placement of bench resources.Job Overview: As a Bench Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing bench candidates, identifying suitable job opportunities, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless placements. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market awareness, and a proactive approach to staffing.Key Responsibilities: Bench Resource ManagementMaintain and update the database of bench resources, tracking their skills, experience, and availability.Collaborate with hiring managers and delivery teams to align candidates with suitable job openings. Job Opportunity Identification & PlacementIdentify job opportunities through job portals, client relationships, and professional networks.Coordinate with clients to match bench candidates with the best-fit roles.Follow up regularly to ensure timely placements. Client & Candidate EngagementBuild and maintain strong client relationships to secure job placements.Keep clients informed about available bench resources and their expertise.Regularly update bench candidates on job opportunities, market trends, and career growth prospects. Recruitment CoordinationWork closely with the recruitment team to submit candidate profiles for open positions.Schedule interviews and communicate feedback between clients and candidates. Documentation & ReportingMaintain records of placements, client interactions, and market trends.Provide regular reports on bench status, placement progress, and key performance metrics.Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 4-5 years in bench recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition within the IT industry.
