Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and process Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills.
    • Verify contractor and subcontractor bills based on site measurements.
    • Check quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and work orders.
    • Prepare client bills and ensure timely submission.
    • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QS, and Accounts Department.
    • Maintain billing records, payment schedules, and documentation.
    • Monitor work progress for accurate billing and certification.
    • Prepare quantity reconciliation and material reconciliation reports.
    • Track variations, extra items, and change orders.
    • Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring.
    • Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing procedures.
      • Prepare MIS reports related to billing, payments, and project status.
      • Resolve billing-related discrepancies with vendors and clients.
      • Support project audits and maintain proper billing documentation.
      Required Qualifications:
      • B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
      • 26 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
      • Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects preferredRequired Skills:
