Position Name: Branch Head Agency | Life InsuranceLocation:Multiple Locations (as per job post)Work Experience:5 to 10 YearsCTC:8 to 12 Lacs per annumWe have an urgent opening with some of the leading Life Insurance Companies in the Agency Vertical.Responsibilities:
• Handle an on-roll team of 8-10 Sales Managers in the Agency Channel.
• Recruit Life Insurance Advisors through your social and professional network with the support of the Sales Manager team.
• Train the team on industry standards with assistance from the Life Insurance Companies training department to ensure they are equipped to sell LI products.
• Monitor the day-to-day activities, planning, and execution of the Agency team.
