While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.What you will learn and contribute to As part of our team, you will:
    • Data analytics on Nokia Installed base for Radio (GSM, WCDMA, LTE & 5G) to upsell SW release upgrade & HVF
    • Maintain the Nokia SW Installed base & help in identification of upsell oppurtunities
    • Discuss with stakeholders to understand the needs of Analytics & Views & creation of same using Power BI & Microsoft Excel
    • Creation of Monthly management reporting & Dashboards
    • Creation of HVF penetraion reports
    • Communicate the needs properly of the inputs for Dashboard creation & desired outcomes.
    Your skills and experience You have:
    • 3+ years of Experience in Software sales/Data Analytics role with Radio knowledge
    • Capacity to understand quickly, to be able to discuss with stakeholders and understand their requests even on unknown subjects to deliver the views required using Power BI & Excel.
    • Good communication skills . To be able to communicate and avoid misunderstanding with stakeholders on Release upgrades & features.
    • Being meticulous, Self Driver & organized is very important for this position.
