Job Description

    Proven experience of business analysis and support of Application solutions in a multilingual global environment in 3 of the following 4 disciplines:
    • Experience of both waterfall and agile project methodologies. Some technical or business analysis experience of the web (through development background, project management, experience, or website management). Able to use analysis methods to define business and technical requirements by working directly with business stakeholders.
    • Able to define and implement testing needs against business or technical requirements for applications.Experience working in an offshore/distributed team model.
    • Experience in analysis and document the domain through class diagrams, component diagrams (UML) and process diagrams (BPMN).
    • Mapping of requirements into components of a technical solution through Bounded Context approach.
    • Designing intersystem communication documented with sequence diagrams (UML). Designing logical and physical data models for the requirements.
    • Analysis of source data and designing the structure of models and data flows.
    • Creating specifications at a level of detail that allows developers to translate the specification into code using:
    1. UML diagrams:
    2. Sequence diagrams
    3. Component diagrams
    4. Class diagrams
    5. Activity diagrams
    6. State machine diagrams
    7. BPMN and CMMN diagrams
    • Good knowledge of common analysis methods and tools like JIRA, confluence, and some wireframe design.
