Job Description

    Business AnalystLocation: NoidaExperience:- 2-5 yearsProfiles:-

    Requirements:
    • Has good knowledge in Warehouse Process including Inbound, Inventory Management, Manufacturing and Outbound. Has a working knowledge of e2e business processes including procurement, sourcing and manufacturing flows
    • Has a detailed understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (both Agile and Waterfall models)
    • Has worked in gathering functional requirements from client to create the Functional Specifications Document
    • Has a good knowledge in data analysis and preferably hands on experience in BI tools like Power BI/Tableau, etc.
    • Has medium to expert level knowledge including hands on experience in the following documentation tools MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
    • Has experience in project/team management preferably hands on experience in project management/software development tools like MS Project, MS Azure
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Able to design custom dashboards using business intelligence as per client requirements & client sign off for development.
    • Collaborate with Sales Team to analyse operational data of customers and propose relevant functionalities and design solutions along with Sales team as and when required.
    • Finalise and freeze Functional Specification Document, interfaces and interactions in consultation with the customer for various product deployment solutions.
    • Advises clients on latest technology trends and best practices for their operations and looks at a softwares security,scalability, maintainability, ease of use and performance.
    • Enhance the existing products by developing relevant features and functionalities in the Software Suite (WMS, WCS, FMS, MES) by using the technology stack.
    • Keep up with the latest technologies in Robotics domain and suggest development of new products accordingly
    • Develop a team to act as an interface between Software Development and Sales to generate actionable intelligence to add more features in existing products.
    • Benchmark our software products with competitors and recommend improvements in architecture, functionalities, user interactions and other critical parameters
    • Give advice on strategy, design, building, and sometimes implementation of software that solves business problems.
    • Able to manage multiple projects including planning and monitoring the progress and enabling the team to provide the desired results on time.
    • Develop project plans (Gantt chart), BI dashboards and resource and task allocation strategies using MS Project and monitor development progress using MS Azure DevOps.
