Thats who we are.About the Role:We are seeking a versatile and driven Founding Team Associate with a strong focus on business growth to work closely with our leadership team on a variety of strategic, operational, and execution-focused initiatives. This is a high-impact role designed for someone eager to contribute across multiple business functions, solve complex challenges, and help drive Solvei8s growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Strategic SupportCollaborate with the management team to plan, prioritize, and execute key initiatives.Conduct research and analysis to provide insights that guide decision-making.Develop and monitor OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for various projects and teams.Operations & Project ManagementEnsure seamless execution of cross-functional projects by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while improving internal processes.Support day-to-day management tasks, ensuring alignment with company goals.Data & ReportingPrepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to track performance and progress.Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support growth and efficiency.Operational AlignmentWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth goals and execution plans.Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and support scaling efforts.Act as a central point of coordination for growth-related projects and initiatives.Special ProjectsTake ownership of critical ad hoc initiatives, from research and strategy to implementation.Work across diverse areas like business development, market analysis, and process optimization.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
