Job Description

    Job Title: Field Marketing ExecutiveLocation: B19, Sector 60 Noida 201301Department: MarketingReports To: Regional Manager---Job Summary:The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing field marketing campaigns, building relationships with Travel Agencies, and increasing brand awareness for the travel agency. This role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to drive customer acquisition and retention through promotional activities, partnerships, and events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong interpersonal skills, and a creative mindset for developing unique marketing strategies tailored to local markets.Key Responsibilities:1. Partnership & Relationship Building:- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, hotels, and travel-related partners for co-branded marketing opportunities.- Negotiate sponsorship and collaboration deals that enhance brand visibility and align with business objectives.2. Sales & Lead Generation Support:- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads through field marketing efforts and convert prospects into customers.- Promote travel packages, deals, and services at events, fairs, and targeted locations.3. Brand Awareness & Market Expansion:- Increase brand visibility through grassroots marketing efforts, such as distributing promotional materials in high-traffic areas, airports, and tourist hotspots.- Conduct local market research to identify new opportunities for expanding customer base and increasing bookings.4. Event Coordination & Management:- Organize and attend travel expos, fairs, community events, and networking functions to promote the agencys offerings.- Manage event logistics, ensuring the smooth execution of all marketing activities.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.- Experience: 2 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a related role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.-Skills- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.- Proficiency in CRM and marketing software tools.- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.- Knowledge of the travel industry is highly preferred.Work Environment & Travel:- Frequent travel within assigned territory to attend events and meet with partners.- Must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment that includes travel, flexible hours, and varied responsibilities.
