Job Description

    As a Business Development Executive (BDE) , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of the companys sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, emails, social media, networking events, etc.).Client Outreach: Reach out to prospective clients, introduce the companys products/services, and schedule meetings or product demos.Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the companys offerings and value proposition.Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to ensure continued interest and conversion.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead status in CRM tools.Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and achieve sales targets.Learning & Development: Continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge about our products and services.Qualifications:Education: A Bachelors degree in any field (preferably Business, Marketing, or related).Experience: Freshers with a keen interest in sales and business development. Previous internships or experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.Skills:1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.2. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.4. Basic understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics (training will be provided).5. Comfort with using CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).6. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.What We Offer:1.
