Job Description

    Profile : BDE (Sales International)Essential Functions Identify Tender and read eligibility criteria with technical and financial then preparesummary and send all the member for confirmation go head Keeping records of all the Tenders published by department and uploading/submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offlineplatforms Manage bidding process form consortiums with partner firms, prepare biddocuments, follow-up with client/ partners till bid is submit Arrange DD from accounts department for EMD, PBG, Tender Cost Processing feefor E- tendering and submit the same within given time period Documents scan & upload, BOQ- financial bid calculation Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation totendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications Aspiringcandidates should be capable of handling the following functions: Tender SearchBid Preparation - Technical Price Bid E - tendering / E - Bidding / ReverseAuctions / Live Auctions Prepare all tender documents in the specific formatsrelated to the bid Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurementin process of tenders Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis Follow up with Vendors/OEMs/ departments/ clients Vendor Registration for Limited tenders Attending prebid / post bid meetings with customers Maintaining Customer Relationship withexisting/ new clients Tracking status of Tenders offers Track Tenders/ RFPs for newbids/ design competitions Follow up- All mail, (PBG)- Bank Guarantee, EMD Release, Material Dispatch,payment & other deductions GeM Portal- Minimum experience of 3+ years: Working Knowledge of OEM PanelManage complete Company portfolio on GEM Portal Know how to make all documents required for bidding Tracking of EMD & Bank GuaranteeFamiliar with Tendering Process and with prior experience Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tendersKey Skills Proficient in Microsoft office suit programs, especially excel Ability to work for longhours & on weekends to fulfil job requirements Confident & patience employeePassionate for growth & excellence through consistent hard work Proven sales track record and excellent customer support Good persuasive communication and presentation skills Good level of technical understanding, business awareness, new technology andits commercial uses Capable to work on strategic IT marketing road map. Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude along withprofessionalism Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure. Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize the workload and payattention to details. A strong network in the international market is an added advantage. Strong negotiating skills, initiative & proactive mindset. Liaison with Marketing, Technical, Delivery, and other teams Up-to-date working knowledge of the industry and gather useful sources ofinformation. Must have a high level of integrity and excellent customer service. Should be flexible to travel (Domestic & International) as is required in normalconditions.
