Job Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Agency Manager to lead and manage a team of insurance agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving agency growth, managing relationships with agents, and ensuring that sales targets and business goals are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.Key Responsibilities:
    • Agency Leadership & Team Management:
      • Recruit, train, and onboard new insurance agents to build a high-performing team.
      • Provide coaching, support, and development opportunities to agents to enhance their sales performance and knowledge of insurance products.
      • Set clear performance targets for agents and monitor their progress to ensure goals are achieved.
      • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
    • Sales & Business Development:
      • Drive the agencys sales performance by motivating agents to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
      • Develop and implement strategies to grow the agencys market share and attract new clients.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and targeting specific customer segments.
      • Conduct regular sales meetings and one-on-one sessions with agents to review sales strategies and address challenges.
