Job Description

    Profile - Business Development ManagerIndustry - Power Location - Delhi Salary - Up to 27 LPA (Depends on Interview)Relevant Exp : Source someone from Power Sector (Developers who are in power generation business), someone who is involved in bringing more green field power projects for a company.ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis & Strategy Development:Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.Develop and execute a robust business development strategy tailored to the power industry, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the power sector.Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.Sales & Revenue Generation:Drive the sales process from initiation through to contract negotiation and closure.Work to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue goals.Proposal & Presentation Development:Develop and present compelling business proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.Lead the preparation of RFPs, bid documents, and contracts with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align on strategic initiatives.Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and sales projections.Networking & Brand Building:Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the companys brand.Act as a representative of the company to build a positive image and strengthen the companys market presenceQualifications and Skills:Strong knowledge of the power industry and market dynamics.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Preferred Traits:Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated track record of driving business growth.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.Ability to adapt to a dynamic industry and manage multiple priorities.If you are interested kindly send your updated CV Whatsapp Conatct : hidden_mobile
