Job Description

  • Understanding customer s business, and identify influencers and decision-makers within a customer organization in Enterprise sales.
  • Focusing on identifying customer s Human resource Onboarding challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their objectives through our offerings.
  • Engaging effectively across all levels in a customer s organization including VP/C-level executives.
  • Upon qualification, develop a meticulous pursuit plan to progress the opportunity to closure.
  • Developing a healthy pipeline of suspects and prospects, and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed.
  • Preparing and delivering high impact sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Assume complete responsibility for sales, profitability, and Cash-Flow.
