Job Description

    Business Development and Administrative ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:Making telephone & email enquiries to potential sales leads - HNIs in IndiaManaging incoming calls and answering their queries accordingly through the phone and emailArrange business meetings with prospective clients and channel partners for the teamSchedule coordinations follow ups, mails, reminders with prospective clients and channel partnersDrafting and managing email correspondence and letters and following up on the assigned taskCoordinating with developers in London and cataloguing of property information, brochures, material for online internal useLearning about, staying updated and attending trainings of the companys products and servicesSupport in formulating and implementing sales strategies for the growth of business opportunities and helping the team (in Delhi, India and London) at the various levels, including social media calendar planning (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook) and monitoring these accounts for leads.Arrange office and business events and traveling to event locations/other cities e.g. logistical arrangements, venue bookings, reception managing, etc.Preparing event reports, presentations, MIS to share with top level management from time-to-timeHandle and manage office manuals and brochures and company accessories / printing material (Brochures, Pamphlets, Visiting cards etc).Keeping records of invoices, office documents, internal memos, etcMandatory:Communicate orally and write emails in proficient English (not just basic vocal English)Prefer Females and based in Delhi (Do not want to interview males)Microsoft Office efficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPointAtleast 2 years of corporate experience (not a fresher/graduate)Familiar with social media platforms Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook (to monitor/track companys account)Not mandatory but would be a plus:Past experience in international (or domestic) real estate sectorPast experience of interacting and dealing with HNI clients in IndiaFlexibility to travel within the country for work trips (max 3-4 days at a stretch)Educational qualification: Graduate (or higher) from recognised university (Medium - English only)Location: Sector 62 , Noida- Work from Office Full TimeWorking days: Monday to Friday (Public holidays as per India CalendarTimings: 10.30 AM to 7 PMRequired: Immediately.CTC: INR 35,000 INR 45,000 per month (Can extend beyond only if the candidate is exceptional) (No variable pay which is based on monthly targets/calls to achieve)Probation: 6 months from Joining Date
