Planning, analysis, and control operations are responsibilities of the financial manager, who is usually close to the top of the organizational structure of a firm.About the role:Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes. Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysisExpectations/ Requirements Planning:Work with business and finance leaders in building the annual operating plan and departmental budgetsdevelop comprehensive project plans to evaluate new business proposalsReporting:Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completenesstrack project/department performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term plansControlling:Work with general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable and taxes; assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for the improvementsHelp with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls auditBusiness Partnering:Act as a central finance POC for respective departments/business segmentsCoordinate with cross-functional teams for compatibility and pacing of all aspects of ongoing projects Special Projects:Program manage initiatives that are driven centrally for cost optimization, technology and process improvementsSuperpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role 1. Qualified as Chartered Accountant with 3 to 6 years of progressive accounting experience2. Thorough knowledge of Ind AS/GAAP3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization4. Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day5.
