1) Map key decision makers Technical buyers, Strategic Buyers, Procurement personnel in the target customer organizations. 2) Key Understanding of the IT Infrastructure.3) Create solution selling opportunities in the areas of Networking, Security and Virtualization with the Technical Buyers.4) Communicate and convince the customer on the benefits of the potential solution. 5) Engage the customer in detailed requirement understanding and setting the requirements in a collaborative effort with presales.6) Draw up success criteria for POCs.7) Identify the multiple stakeholders in a decision making opportunity.8) Engage with the all the stakeholders in the decision making, handle objections and navigate to the technical and budgetary approval for the solution platform proposed. 9) Ability to meet and engage confidently at multiple levels from the Manager to the CIO.10) Meeting targets quarterly.11) Keen awareness of trends in the Industry specific to the solution landscape. ,
