Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst/ Scrum Master to help with supporting our clients and prospects. You will work with our business development and engineering teams to respond to client requests and assist during the sales cycle. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in Artificial Intelligence and collaborate with our developers and support engineers on multiple levelsRoles and Responsibilities- Review and respond to client requests- Help clients to identify and report issues- Provide support to the business development team during the Project cycles- Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings- Experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning and quality management)- Able to determine customers needs and requirements by specifying research needed to obtain market information.- Able to identify and fill the product gaps and generate new ideas which will help in increasing market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.- Able to translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes.- Managing the budget of the product.- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyedKey Requirements:- Desired relevant experience should be minimum 2-5 years- Experience in it consulting company will be preferred- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering- knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc- Solid understanding of Scrum theory, rules and practices.- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills- Good to have knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, SQL, SQL Server, MongoDB etc- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies- Excellent interpersonal skills- Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Organized and able to work to deadlines,
