Job Description

    Need Fresher Candidate.Age Criteria 18 to 27An airport cargo job, in general, involveshandling the movement of freight and baggage within an airport environment.Specific roles include cargo handlers, cargo agents, and cargo officers, with responsibilities ranging from physically loading and unloading cargo to managing logistics and ensuring compliance with regulations.Cargo Handler:
    • Responsibilities:Physically loads and unloads cargo, luggage, and mail onto and off aircraft, using equipment like forklifts and conveyors.
    • Other Duties:May include sorting, storing, and securing cargo, as well as assisting with weighing and balancing the aircraft.
    • Work Environment:Works outdoors in various weather conditions.
    Cargo Agent:
    • Responsibilities:Manages and coordinates the transportation, handling, and documentation of freight shipments.
    • Other Duties:May include ensuring on-time collection and delivery of shipments, completing paperwork, and advising clients on shipping options.
    • Collaboration:Works with freight forwarders, customs officials, and other transportation professionals.
    Cargo Officer:
    • Responsibilities:Ensures the safe and efficient handling and storage of cargo and baggage.
    • Other Duties:May include developing loading plans, supervising handlers, checking equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
    • Supervision:May supervise junior staff and delegate duties.
