Job Description

We are hiring of Finance Manager for Electrical Meter Manufacturing Company.Qualification: Must have completed CALocation: Noida Sec 142Candidate must have experience in Manufacturing/Electronis/Electricals Industry

  • Maintain accurate, complete & timely financial and management reports, including monthly management accounts and analysis of the same at segment level & consolidated.
  • Timely preparation of quarterly, half yearly, yearly Balance sheet & Profit & loss a/c including quarterly results & segment reporting which is to be send to stock exchange both standalone & consolidation.
  • Review of annual Balance sheet & Profit & loss a/c of group companies and their taxation part
  • Liaising with internal & statutory auditors as a key person to ensure audit is carried out smoothly & in time
  • Getting the Tax audit conducted in timely. Ensuring timely filling of ITR
  • Implement robust system & processes pertaining to F & A.
  • Review, supervise and Guidance to subordinates in F & A department
  • Good Knowledge of indirect and direct taxation
  • In depth knowledge of IND AS conversion Must Working experience in Tally ERP 9 and MS office
