Job Description

    We have this opportunity at Noida with one of the manufacturer companies coming from the background of being a promoter based set-up. Looking for CA candidates coming from manufacturing space preferably who have worked in promoter driven environment.The following will the responsibilities of desired candidate :- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly P&L, cashflows, forecast vs. budget etc.- Evaluation of financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.- Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.- Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all tax returns and financial compliances.- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and statutory audits.- Supervise Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process- Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems.- Prepare a robust system for conducting internal audits at all plantsThis job opening was posted long time back.
