Job Description

- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare and review engineering design drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Conduct site surveys and analyze project requirements to determine the optimal project design
- Manage project activities, including procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Monitor project progress and identify issues and risks that may impact project delivery
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure that the project meets the required quality standards
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, including cost, schedule, and risk analysis
- Ensure that the project complies with all regulatory requirements, including environmental, health and safety, and building codes
- Provide technical support to project teams, including troubleshooting engineering issues and providing recommendations for improvements
- Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, design, or construction
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, including construction materials, structures, and geotechnical engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Understanding of local codes and standards, as well as industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
