Job Description

    Job Overview:The Relation Buildup Manager for Solar Inverter Servicing is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, service partners, and vendors in the solar inverter servicing industry. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth in after-sales servicing and maintenance of solar inverters.Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients in the solar sector, focusing on solar inverter servicing. Act as the primary point of contact for all service-related queries.
    • Service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that solar inverter servicing and maintenance activities are performed efficiently, meeting client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and manage customer feedback, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and work with service teams to implement necessary changes.
    • Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar inverter servicing, expanding the companys client base. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term service contracts.
    • Service Contract Negotiation: Work closely with customers to develop and finalize maintenance and service contracts for solar inverters, ensuring favorable terms and long-term engagement.
    • After-Sales Support: Ensure seamless after-sales support by coordinating with technical and operations teams. Maintain a service tracker for timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
    • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategies for expanding the companys servicing footprint in the solar inverter market. Focus on enhancing service quality, reducing costs, and improving response times.
    • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the internal technical, finance, and business development teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for inverter servicing.
    Key Qualifications:
    • Experience:
      • 2-3 years of experience in the solar industry, specifically in solar inverter servicing or after-sales support.
      • Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with experience in handling technical services.
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
      • Technical understanding of solar inverters, including different technologies and brands (e.g., string inverters, central inverters).
      • Ability to manage service contracts and negotiate terms with clients and vendors.
    • Problem-Solving:
      • Ability to troubleshoot client issues and coordinate technical support for timely resolution.
      • Analytical skills for evaluating client feedback and making data-driven decisions to enhance services.
    • Strategic Thinking:
      • A vision for developing new service offerings and expanding the companys reach in the solar inverter servicing sector.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, site inspections, and service coordination if needed.
