Job Description Who you are As an Operations Engineer you are responsible to monitor and administer overall control of a server. Provide technical support to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance. What will you do Remote monitoring of Kronos Cloud and hosted environment Remote monitoring of Microsoft Windows 200320082012 and Linux servers, which includes of Performance, uptime, SQL DB, website status, web based application & server resources Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools Identify the root cause and troubleshoot the server performance issues. Handle Level1 Escalations, and adhere to escalation matrix Good Administration skills over Windows and Linux OS. Ensure operating standards are developed, maintained, and adhered to. Qualification Degree in Computer Science (BEBTech or MCA). MCP MCSE, RHCE and ITIL certification desired. Willingness to work on flexible timings including night shift (247) Working experience on either of the ITSM tool i.e. Remedy, HP Open View or Manage Engine would be preferable. Should be aware of ITIL framework - Incident, problem and change management. Understanding of SaaS or Cloud based products
