Job Description

Position: Team Leader - CollectionRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tele collection for buckets assigned.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
  • Train and evaluate staff members within the collections department to ensure a sufficient number of staff members are available to handle the workload.
  • Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship.
  • Monitor all outbound calls to ensure Client standards are maintained.
  • SLA management
  • Monitoring team performance, create a conducive and stimulating environment for theteams to accomplish their goals.
  • Manage expectations of his team members and proactively should be able to sense their needs.
  • Controlling Attrition and shrinkage. Preparing regular Roasters and Weeks Offs
  • To motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment.
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Required Profile:
  • 1-3 years of experience In BPO industry in the same function.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of 20-25 agents.
  • Preferred BPO experienced candidates.
  • Good communication skills required.
