Consultant- AIOps/Integration EngineerIn this role, developer will be responsible for working as a software Engineer with the Observability team, crafting a quality system to collect data from various sources in client domain. This data feeds our AI systems that extracts relevant insights our clients can use to increase resiliency, performance, and quality of service. Working in an agile environment, work with multi-disciplinary squad working on our observability framework. Your work will involve close collaboration with Architects, AIOps Engineers and Offering Managers across our global organization. Responsibilities

• Primary integrator to facilitate the designing and implementing an AIOps platform serving the Veterans Administration to enhance IT Operations and reducing incident resolution times
• Designed custom monitoring platforms for 24/7 monitoring of KPIs and incident identification
• Handling performance management processes and working with the global management team
• Follow Agile development methodologies to produce quality code and documentation
• Independently implement strategic/tactical solutions to critical business/technical problems
• Launch and coach single to multiple teams/consultants driving Automation/AIOps Initiatives
• Maintain responsibility for analysis of Incident Tickets & Resolution, provide value to Continual Service Improvement Programs
• Provide recommendations and transformation expertise to C-Level executives & sponsors
• Discussion with client and partners to explain the areas of improvement and remediate recommendations
• Responsible for design, develop & testing of Automated Components at the PoCs/ Production level
• Should anchor Pilot/Production use case delivery by working closely with project delivery teams
• Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussions about solution/approach etc
• System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
• Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products
• Drive POCs to validate the client solutions

Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications!

• BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MSc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Basic understanding of AIOps, Experience with agile software development, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies, and code quality driven by robust test automation
• Knowledge on multiple cloud services like AWS, Azure, Google
• Basic Knowledge on RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism
• Experience with Incident Management Orchestration tools like OpsGenie, xMatters, PagerDuty, etc
• Experience in balancing client facing role and work assessments
• Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
• Experience working with ITSM tools like JIRA/SNOW/Remedy, observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace
• Handle client interaction and documentation
• Hands-on experience with software container technology Kubernetes, Docker
• Automation, including scripting and tool based - Ansible &Terraform
• Application of test-driven deployment & automation-focused methodologies, good grasp on programming fundamentals and can script in Bash/ Ruby, Unix shell scripting
• Analyze and extract structured knowledge from large unstructured data to automate & optimize key business problems
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
• Innovative, willing to give new insights, problem management and analytical capabilities
• Attention to detail, with ability to produce clear, concise documentation
• Professional image with well-developed time management skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst multi-tasking
