Job Description

  • Fix spelling (British or American as required by the journal
  • Correct obvious errors in grammar.
  • Ensure that the references are well formatted and cited
  • Review the figures and tables alongside the captions (and table data) to make sure they make sense
  • Perform the necessary type marking for mathematics and in general check to see if all the pieces of the manuscript are accounted for and in their proper place
  • Raise queries to the author regarding any ambiguities in text, incomplete references or inconsistencies in math, or seeking confirmation of any particular changes we have made.
