5 years of experience in various eLearning environments.3 years project experience in the areas of Cornerstone on Demand, Learning experience platforms(LXP) and any certification is a plus.Experience with executing system validation processes that include IQ/OQ/PQ scripts creations, reviews, and executionExperience in executing product release activities that includes release assessment, testing, documenting , executing and post release activitiesFunctional and technical experience with business analysis, requirements gathering abilities and documentation.Ability to work under minimal supervision and ability to understand and complete delegated tasks.Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas.Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.Working with an E2E responsibility mindset.Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
