Job Description

    JD-Analyzing && Preparation of Cost sheet, Cost records, Activity Based Costing, Job Costing,Process Costing, Product costing, Marginal Costing, Variance analysis, Job Card, MIS Reporting,Trend Analysis, Break Event Point Analysis, Stock Quantity Valuation Information, comparisonwith past && Peers. Developing and Implementation of Cost System and Cost records according to CRA-1 (i.e., CostRecords &&Audit Rules 2014) and New Perform, Annexure for Cost Audit Report according toCRA-3 and Industry wise notification by Ministry of Corporate Affairs for reporting purpose. Strong technical knowledge of Costing, Budgeting, Capital Budgeting, Costing SystemImplementation and practical exposure to defined the Cost Centre, Service Cost Centre, andProfit Centre with in Organization. Analysis each Cost Elements/driver and continues reducingfor more margin. Cost Audit, Cost Compliance Report, Price decision Making, IRR, Capital Rationing. Controlling the price && profit and Target pushing the Marketing team to attending theturnover. Preparation && Analysis of JOB Card of each product for controlling the wastage of theprocess material. Monthly preparation of WIP, F.G. && B.S.R Physical Stock and their Valuation for Submittinginto Bank. Calculation of Machine Hour Rate of process wise and Utilities Cost. Quarterly preparation of Cost records for Cost Audit and Reconcile with financial records. Shipment wise Stock && Cost reconciliation.MAN SPECIFICATION : Experience : 8 to 10 Years. Age : 35 to 45 years. Industry Type : Export house / Garment / Shoes / Home Goods/manufacturing Education : ICWA Desired : Accounting proficiency, Confident, Good Communication Skill,Analytical Thinking, Highly Motivated, Target Oriented.COMPENSATION : 10 to 12 lacs/ Annum
